Terms and Conditions
Terms are 1% 10, net 20 days from date of invoice. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted. C.O.D. payments are not accepted. Accounts with balances due beyond terms of invoices are subject to credit hold. A 1.5% per month service charge will be applied after payment date. Invoices paid with a credit card after 10 days from invoice date will be charged a 4% processing fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may change in the event of a rare printing error or unforeseen change in market conditions.
In the event that a package is damaged, lost or shorted in transit, please make note on the delivery receipt and call the appropriate Safety Products Inc customer service center for processing.
Orders are shipped F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and added to invoice from:
  • Lakeland, Florida
  • Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Memphis, Tennessee
  • or direct shipped from the manufacturer at the discretion of Safety Products Inc.

Orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped the same day up to:
  • 5:00 PM EST from the Florida distribution center
  • 4:00 PM EST from the North Carolina distribution center
  • 3:30 PM CST from the Tennessee distribution center

Published prices in this catalog do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipments requiring special handling, packaging and additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Returns
Please call for a Return Goods Authorization prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without proper documentation upon arrival.
