Description
An Anchorage Verification Device (AVD) is designed for proof-tests on fall protection and construction anchors. These devices have a custom bridge and legs built to test anchorage to verify OSHA/ANSI requirements and anchor performance criteria.

The VERI5000 AVD™ provides a proof-test and documentation through a downloadable application with Bluetooth technology. Standards for Personal Fall Arrest Systems are often confusing and left to interpretation. Therefore VERI5000™ has provided a guide to help you make an educated decision based on standards and the equipment you are using. View this guide

Kit Includes
• VERI5000™ 2" tester with quick release coupler
• Load spreading bridge
• 3 adjustable aluminium legs pins and swivel feet
• Locking adaptor and bolt tester adaptor
• Ringbolt adaptor Clevis
• Button adaptors threaded 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2"
• Button adaptors slotted 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, and 12.5
• Ball driver, spare screws and allen keys

This kit comes in a padded carrying case with 12 months calibration and full operating instructions. 0-30kN / 6,745lbf digital Bluetooth gauge and Android tablet. **Only first year of required annual Bluetooth calibration and Bluetooth subscription is included with kit.**

Part number CALB: Renewal of annual Bluetooth calibration and Bluetooth subscription, is annually required to be sent out for calibration and the freight is NOT included.
